The Haraden Family Foundation (“the Foundation,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through haradenfamilyfoundation.org, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form or an event registration form, you may give us your name, email address, phone number, partner or team name, the topic of your inquiry, and any message you write. We collect only what you choose to submit.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and our hosting provider may collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and the date and time of visits.

How we use information

We use the information you submit to respond to your questions, process event registrations, communicate about the Foundation’s events and giving, and keep the site secure and working. We do not sell your personal information.

Who receives your information

Form submissions are emailed to the Foundation at foundation@mohawkhonda.com and may be stored by our website platform (WordPress.com and Jetpack). We use service providers to host the site, deliver email and protect against spam. They may process information only to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Email updates

If we offer a mailing list, we will send updates only to people who sign up, and every message will include a way to unsubscribe.

Third-party content and links

Some pages may embed videos or link to other sites, such as YouTube, Facebook, True Pickleball Club, or Special Olympics New York. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.

Photos and event coverage

Our events and giving moments are photographed and filmed, and some of that coverage appears on this site. If you appear in a photo or video and would like it removed, contact us and we will review your request.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have submitted to us by emailing foundation@mohawkhonda.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
